How the Program Works
Step 1
Contact our office for a free consultation.
Step 2
If you decide to retain one of our lawyers to represent you in your sale, we’ll discuss whether you’re eligible for our Realtor Assistance Program.
Step 3
If you choose to participate, we’ll introduce you to a participating independent licensed Realtor.
Step 4
The Realtor represents you in listing and marketing your home.
Step 5
Our law firm pays the listing fee charged by the participating listing brokerage.
Step 6
We will continue representing your legal interests through closing.
